I actually found some pecan chunks today. I would like to use the pecan with one of the fruit woods--- which would be better with the pecan for pork? Apple? I am going to do an overnite smoke. Thanks. Will post pics later.

I normally use either hickory/apple or a combo of the both, but I recently got ahold some Pear,Plum,Cherry,& Peach... Any suggestions? Thanks
