I have the same Snap on grill. Got it on CL a few months ago. My model/serial number sticker was completely faded to white. Any chance yours is legible? I’d like to narrow down the year...

I think Dave was referring to Rustoleum High Heat Ultra, the semi-gloss, vs regular High Heat matte finish. I used the HHU on the lid sides, and HH on the firebox.

Dave, i saw that. It looks much worse in that picture in the direct sunlight. When i pulled the old casters off, i had some rust dust in the legs. I thought about trying to break the whole frame down, but that looked like a total PITA. Instead, i decided to pull all of the frame end caps and...

Here it is, reassembled. New knobs and drip pan holder arrive tomorrow.

As the Weber obsession grows, I find myself searching distant CL's for grills. Or smokers. Or fire pits....Anything Weber related. But I ran across this. First time I've seen one. At first I though someone had managed to squeeze a kettle onto a Q cart, but that isn't a regular kettle...

I put this one in tonight. Installed smoothly and securely. Worked perfectly on the first push.
