    What is everyone cooking this weekend?

    Unfortunately I had no time to take some good pictures :( I had some issue on stabilizing temperature on my new WSM.... moreover my ribs comes ready in about 1 hour less then when I cook them in my OT. Same cooking temperature. :confused: :confused: :confused:

    Me and my friends love pork ribs and pulled pork. Most of people here think I'm crazy when I said that I cook them in 5 or 6 hours. Usually here we cook them on direct grill in 5 or 6 min. -.- Unfortunately Low&Slow cooking is almost unknown where I live, but I'm trying to do my best anyway!
