Rich's Random Sauce

Here's a sauce I made up this weekend for some butts and ribs. I have a feeling that it will go well on grilled or smoked chicken, too:

4 cups ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbs onion powder
4 tbs garlic powder
4 tbs prepared mustard
3 tbs corn syrup
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
2 tbs black pepper
2 tbs chili powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring slowly to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I was trying for a nice red sauce that had a bit of vinegar kick to it. This worked. I guess it's somewhat of a Memphis style sauce. I suggest tasting after you have simmered for about 5 mins and adjusting for sweet/tart, heat, etc.
