Sweet Potato Chips

Made these chips last week:
<LI>Cut unpeeled sweet potatoes into very thin slices.
<LI>Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
<LI>Sprinkle slices with turbinado sugar, cayenne pepper and kosher or sea salt.
<LI>Bake at 400'F until crispy
(keep a watchful eye on these, and you may want to flip them)
A cold beverage should be at hand when tasting.
SweetHeat!
Great snack for the SuperBowl!
