Third rack

There are times when I would love to have more cooking surface. Like when I am in pig candy production or other flat items.

Is there any reason the I can't add a third rack in the middle between the other two. It looks like a simple deal to add some brackets and slide in an extra lower rack.

Any thoughs............ please.

Sure you can mod your WSM any way you want Randy.
