With those big wheels it looks like it could have been the off road prototype for the first Performer.
Or you could use it as a Chicago style hot dog and tamale push cart.
Better yet do a really nice paint job on the cart and put a new 22" Gold inside it. But at that current price its not going anywhere soon.
