I picked up an electric milk frother for lattes etc several months ago, probably 3 weeks back I was making some wing sauce and wanted to thicken it up a bit. I had maybe 1 Tbsp corn starch dropped into some hot sauce & I saw the frother there.... and yes, it worked perfectly.
I only damaged it by getting the motor wet last week so I'm shopping them again. Anyway, they're great little devices for stuff like this.
