I needed to replace the upper foam gasket on my Food Saver V3840 and tried to do it online. The gasket showed in stock, yet when I tried to check out it said there was an error. So I send an email telling them there was a problem with their website and the next morning had a reply from Landon asking how to contact me directly. I provided a cell number and he called and sent me the gasket for no charge. Landon said they try to keep on top of website problems but sent me the gasket for my trouble, which I was not expecting at all. So kudos to them for some great customer service!
