Not much of a smoking culture here in the south of Norway, but i've always loved some good grilled meat. Converting from my beat-down propane to a much more fun project...
Just bought WSM.
The first week i have made the following
So far I have had britu - 8/10
chicken filet 6/10
"bi-bringe" - something close to brisket but sold in parts of 2"x3"x4" pieces 5/10
