I recently bought the Maverick ET-732 from an online source and was thrilled when I got it. While setting it up, the receiver appeared to have a problem powering up. I called the folk at Maverick (not far from me in N.J.)and they told me I could bring it back to them. They checked it out for me (of course they had no problem with it) but to make sure, they gave me another unit just in case I had another problem. Great customer service that you just don't see much and it's a great thermometer.
