How much fish do I need? There will be two other meats and three side dishes. I have cooked fish before but never for this many people. What percent yield can I expect? I plan on grilling the fish and I figure on 4oz of cooked fish per person. I have read that I can expect somewhere from 50% to 80% yield and that is a pretty big window. Would 20 pounds of uncooked fish be enough? Thanks for the help.
