Texas Signature Steak Rub 2001

2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
2 Tbsp. Chipotle powder
1/4 cup hickory smoke seasoning
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup chili powder
2 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. cumin powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 cup paprika
I found this while looking for a rub recipe that featured chipotle powder. Thought it might be interesting for a brisket (although I might leave out the hickory smoke seasoning, I think). I may try it this weekend - I'll report back with results.
