All-Purpose Texas BBQ Sauce

I like a tangy sauce, not too sweet. A good one I made for July 4th this year is "Paul Kirk's All Purpose Texas BBQ Sauce" (I'm not sure where I got it):

4 cups ketchup
1/2 cup whole vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup flat beer
2 TBS Worstershire sauce
2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS black pepper
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp cayenne (I didn't have any cayenne, so I used 1 tsp of Pendery's Dallas Dynamite chili blend)

Mix all ingredients, simmer 1-2 hours. Make a day or two ahead and let flavors meld together in the refrigerator.
