Don't know if many of you are on Twitter or not but I recently started using it...and really like it.

One of the first people I started following was Michael Ruhlman (@ruhlman), one of the authors of Charcuterie. That lead me to a following others that are practicing charcuterie. Two of them, Cathy Barrow (@MrsWheelbarrow) and Kim Foster (@TheYummyMummy) have challenged themselves and other food bloggers to learn charcuterie, calling it Charcutepalooza. Charcutepalooza joined forces with "food 52" today, which seems to be a pretty big deal in Twitterland.

Anyway, lots of good reading today on the subject...Just thought I'd pass it on.
