What do you cook on your cast iron grill on your One Touch Gold(OTG) Weber Grill? I have one in my garage gathering dust and I would like to put it to use on my OTG.

Don't forget to season it first. CI works best IMHO for great sear marks. Works better than wire racks for fish and most anything in my view.

Just make sure you season it well first taking the time to do that is key. Once you have it seasoned it just needs a grill brush to clean it off and a wipe with a clean rag, don't scour or scrape, you want to leave the coating on, it will get better over time. It will literally become non stick.

After each use, brush it off, wipe with oil and let it cool off.

Good luck - and if you find you don't like it - I have first dibs on buying it from you http://tvwbb.infopop.cc/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
