Asian basting sauce for chicken

This is an oriental-style sauce and the whole family loves it. I mop the chicken with it three to four times. At least I did on the grill.

3 tablespoons white seame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/3 cup minced green onion
1/4 cum minced cilantro
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons plum sauce
2 tablespoons Oriental sesame oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Chinese chili sauce.

Toast the sesame seeds before adding to the sauce.
