You know over the years I have found a lot of good resources online for purchasing kitchen equipment. I though I had found another good resource in "Restaurant Kitchen Warehouse", they list just about any piece of equipment you may need.
Anyway, after my experience I would caution anyone from using them.
I ordered some equipment 3 weeks ago. Other than the original order acknowledgement I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks, I had to call them (they didn't respond to my email) in order to get a status of my order. Basicaly they had no idea when if would ship, but claimed there was no back order. So I waited another week and after not hearing anything, I called them back and was told they "were waiting on shipping confirmation from their warehouse". When I requested they contact the warehouse and inquire as to an estimated ship date I was told they couldn't do that.
While their order fullfilment is terrible, at least they didn't fight me on canceling the order and getting a refund on my purchase,
