I've been thinking about converting a Weber kettle to match the performance of a ceramic cooker.
1. A heat jacket would be nice. There is one made for the bullet. Any ideas?
2. A ceramic insert might do the same. There was a company making a stainless grill with a ceramic insert.
3. A clay flower pot of the right size might work, or merely disintegrate.
Any thought out rhere.
