I usually grocery shop by what meat is on sale. Wings were $1.69lb, so wings it is. I busted out the kitchen shears and separated the flappers.

Picked up Larry and figured this is as good as any to try him out on.

Thermapen says we're safe to eat, so I moved each of them to the center for a quick sear.

4 different sauces to pick from. Naturally, I had to make sure they were edible. I checked 12 times.

These were probably some of the best wings I've made yet. I'll save ya a couple.
