Turkey Breast

Did a quick turkey breast on the WSM this evening. Had a 7 lb. Butterball bone in breast that I picked up this week. Threw it on the WSM with some Kingsford and cherry wood. Cooked for about 3 hrs. At 275ish. Took it off at about 168-170 degrees. Pretty tasty for just a run-of-the-mill butterball. I did nothing to this bird but take it out of the package and put it on the cooker (well I took the gravy packed out.)
Disclaimer: I haven't posted pics here in quite a while. It looks like the format has changed so we'll see how it goes.20200719_201404.jpg20200719_201349.jpg20200719_201443.jpg20200719_210658.jpg20200719_201404.jpg20200719_201349.jpg

Wow. That looks great

Based on the pics I see, everything is working just great.....especially your WSM skillz! That looks really good, Russ, and I presume will provide some good lunches for you (in addition to your dinner!) :)
