Yeah I follow a REAL team and make the trip to Lambeau a couple times a year. Pulling for the Bills right now.

I didn't get to cook anything this weekend - had some stuff to do with the family on Saturday and Church on Sunday. My WSM is getting very lonely in the garage. Its sad.

I have a 13 lb. turkey thawing in the fridge now. Planning to cook it in the WSM on Thursday (off work for Veterans Day). Going to try and upload pics this time.

I think I have outdone myself. The bone in turkey breast came out absolutely perfect and the pulled pork was really really good for my first time I think. Used 2 4lb butts and only took a shade over 6hrs. Could've used more time so the interior was a bit more tender but all in all I can't complain. Both were a HUGE hit

Hey Vince you are normally a dedicated Tailgate Weekend guy what are you planning on cooking?
</div></BLOCKQUOTE>

This Sunday I made a slab of ribs, a small pork roast and some little red potatoes with butter, garlic and rosemary. Here are the pic's from my cook on Sunday. http://tvwbb.com/eve/forums?a=...831050695#5831050695
Not sure how I'm liking this new photo deal...then again my post count is going to go up!

Vince thx...Just checked out the Week 7 thread. I'm going to use a beef stock instead of beer. Not crazy about stuff cooked in beer (I know that's sacrilege..lol). I'll post pics as I go along. GO CHIEFS

I have another thread going here. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/fo...owthread.php?t=94382

It seems that some guys tried beef broth and other types of beer and also peppers. I think Larrys recipe is a great base for all to start with to see how you would make it your own. I hope this helps. Vince
