Stuffed Pasta Shells and Sausages

Made a filling to stuff some pasta shells of Cottage cheese, I prefer it over ricotta, spinach, Italian blend cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, S&P.


Added marinara sauce, on topped with more cheese and parsley




Cooked covered for 30 minutes covered rotating the pan at 15 minutes. Removed the aluminum foil and cooked the shells for another 10 minutes. Also added some hot Italian sausage and chicken feta spinach sausages.


Reserved some marinara sauce and added some on top of my plated pic. Plated pic not the prettiest but it sure tasted good, the family really like it.
 
I just learned how to make lasagna (last year) and now you've gotta show me this. I could go for that plate at least once a week!
 
Well go figure, another great cook by John and another recipe to put into my overflowing bucket. Well done sir!
 
John, that is a great idea I to like to cook with shells, will be giving this a try. With all the great recipes coming up and wanting to try we have meals for two or three months after the holidays.
