I love chuckeyes, cheap and good.
I let sit at room temp for about 3 hours with sea salt and black pepper.

Got a hot chimney goin.

Threw em on indirect for a little while.

Moved em over the coals for a quick sear.

Some beans.

I ate, good stuff!

Looking very good! Chuck eyes are great, but here it's hit or miss and for the last month or so it's been miss and I'm out of eyes and I'm not happy, guess I must be grumpy then.
