smoked mac n cheese

Did the family favorite smoked mac n cheese with some new cherry I picked up locally. Everyone really liked it. Leftovers for a week!

I'm interested on your methods as this looks as good as any other. I am already buying up the ingredients for one daily here with the intentions of making it this weekend or the next. My recipe I was going to use as a guide is from - heygrillhey - found easily and it uses nice ingredients but yours looks top shelf.

Thanks for the comments guys. I double his recipe volumes and do it in a big cast iron pan.
