Six lb Chucky


 
I love chuckies on the smoker. I can't wait to see how yours comes out. Post some more pictures.
 
Probed like butter at 12:30am. Foiled for two hours and pulled at 3:00 am. Twelve hours to finish a six pound slab of meat. Worth it? HELL YES.
