A 2Lb Rib-Eye for $10.93, i'm in.

Seasoned, bagged and in the Sous Vide at 125* for 3 Hrs.

Stubb's Texas Sriracha sauce was tasty on the chicken.

I know some don't have any use for GrillGrates, but that is a great example of what they can do, meal looks fantastic Jeff.
 
That's not a yawner, although maybe some yawns to loosen up the jaws to attack that monster would be helpful. Really a nice cook Jeff.
 
The yawn, I'm sure, was for being so damned stuffed after eating that monster. Like the plate, veggies and meat. Outstanding cook Jeff.
 
Nice looking meal Jeff. I was able to play with the sous vide at my brothers recently, pretty neat device.
 
Dude I'm not yawning! I know absolutely zero about this sous vide stuff but the end result looks delicious!
 
Anyone who yawns at a Ribeye like that is probably on the wrong forum. That's a great price, and a great final plate!
