And finally here's the sandwich.


Im really starting to love these grill grates. Whether it's this way for steaks or flipped for burgers they are grate! I mean great.

Was it tough? Just wondering. It looks great
It was prime grade as I could not find choice grade so it was not tough at all.
Absolutely no pulling. Being so thin I went somewhat lightly with the salt and pepper but next time I'll go much heavier, it can take it. All in all though it was very good.
