Got ahold of some grass-fed plate ribs. Went about 6 hours at 250 with hickory, seasoned with DP Raising the Steaks.

Super tender after a 2 hour rest in a towel lined cooler, great beefy flavor. Yum!!

I'm ready for the weekend now!
