Pepper Stout Beef

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Made Larry's Pepper Stout beef with a few minor changes. Seasoned the beef with Montreal Steak Seasoning, used a red bell pepper and for a Santa Maria twist I smoked the Chuck on my SM grill.

4 lbs of seasoned Chuck on the grill.


Off of the SM grill at 165, actually 171 I overshot a bit.


In a pan along with the veggies and other goodies foiled up and on to the Performer.


Meat shredded and liquid reduced.


On a toasted onion bun with melted provolone cheese and some horseradish. For a side I had another sandwich.

John, that's a lot of horseradish, with tears running down my cheeks!

John, it looks great! I've got a boneless chuck in the freezer that I might like to try on my gasser this weekend....
