My family and I are big fans of chuck eye steaks, and cook them frequently. Here's today's cook. Not sure why, but it appears all photos are being presented in landscape.
What we're grilling. Locally raised beef. Butchered and packed 2 days ago (this one ended up not fitting on the grill, so it'll be breakfast tomorrow!)
