Started with abt prep. Stuffed with cheese.

I did the onion bloom that everyone is doing. I put my homemade bacon on top of it.

As usual T&M, out-friggin-standing. Thanks again for sharing your rice recipe as I've made it numerous times over the past month or so. So simple but yet oh so good.
 
I've been up for two hours, been on this site for 15 minutes, and already I'm ready for dinner. What an awesome looking feast.
 
Good grief man you two have some talent! That guac looks outstanding and the plated picture is 5 stars for sure. From your other post your Mom sure did teach you some great cooking skills!
 
Tony, Roger S. did a post on the onion blooms and said he did his for 70 minuets but suggested maybe 90 minuets would be better, how long did yours go and were they where you wanted them. I'm getting on the onion bloom train tonight and trying to estimate how long they will take. Thanks Rich
