Iberico pork?

I was given a nice gift of Iberico pork samples. I have read simple salt and pepper to experience the true flavor and richness of this meat. It is supposed to be the pork equivalent of Wagu beef. I don want to mess it up so I can use suggestions.

My opinion is keep it simple. Ibérico pork is pork prime time and has a taste that’s heavenly. I would do a rub of salt, pepper, and a touch of garlic powder. I would NOT brine it.
Cook to 145. Just before pulling it off the grill, put a small amount of butter on both side.
‘Sage in the rub is optional.
