I want to thank everyone for their compliments...it definitely was very nice to sit down and eat it...this is my second brisket and it was leaps and bounds above the first one...the first one I way overcooked though...it was still good, just falling apart...

I invited my neighbor over for some and he showed up around like 9 pm or something like that...he was working late...and he couldn't stop eating the cold brisket while I was making him a doggy bag for him and his wife...lol

You can say that again...it was so big I barely got it wedged between the handles on the top rack...at first I didn't think it was gonna go, but I arched it up in the middle, put it between the handles, and then shoved the middle back down and it didn't want to go lol
