Friday's Honey Garlic BB ribs

Hi all,
Getting an early start of BBQ this weekend, decided to throw some baby back ribs on the grill on sale at $2.77lb. Used Hickory chunks indirect for 2 hrs, then foiled for 1 hr with apple juice. Came out perfect, moist tender and great flavor with that Honey Garlic rub from Weber. Looking forward to all of your cooks from this weekend! Here are the pics.

Terrific ribs. How was the honey garlic flavor? You said you liked it, but did you add sauce to it or just enjoy them dry?
 
The ribs look good! That kettle being so close to the street.... do you stand armed guard while cooking?
