Enchiladas on the weber....

Nothing fancy but this was my first time making enchiladas.

Used up some chicken left overs from Easter Sunday.

Warmed up some tortillas and dipped them in enchilada sauce. Put in chopped chicken and cheese.

Then topped with cheddar and mozzarella

Went on the weber for about 20 min.

Plated and topped with chopped onion and queso fresco.
