Did Jim Lampe’s 90 Minute Wonder Rib Grill for Labor Day

For Labor Day we did Mr. Jim Lampe’s 90 minute baby back high heat rib grill. I’ve done this a couple of times and always been happy with the results.
Barb made some mac salad and did one of her corn on the bone recipes.
She also made a peach pie on the performer for desert.
Barb will post the mac salad and pie a little later.
Dinner was really easy and good.
