Cooking with Jennifer.

On Monday I soaked some cedar planks. Got my salmon seasoned with webers zesty lemon and of they went to the grill. I set up Jennifer with indirect heat and according to temp it was 400.



After 30 min or so the temp was 145 and it was ready to eat. Maribel plated on top of a bed of salad.
