Cook #3, Basic Barbecued Chicken

So for my 3rd outing with my WSM we decided to try the Basic "Barbecued Chicken", it couldnt have been easier. My wife made some Piri-Piri seasoning that we applied the day before. It took about 15 minutes longer than the recipe suggested.

Start of the cook.

After 45 minutes applied BBQ sauce

All done.

The sauce was nothing special at all, just some Kraft we had left over from a caping trip.
