The local market had some choice Chuck Eyes so grabbed a package for tonight's dinner. Simple seasoning with just salt and pepper and let them come up to room temp.
Loaded up the CI with sliced onion, mini brown shrooms, brussels sprouts, garlic and lots of butter, salt, pepper and Penzey's Tuscan Sunset
OTG going with KBB and a little Kiawe. CI on the fire
Added some dry sherry after awhile and braised the sprouts a bit.
CI off to the side and steaks on direct
Gettin there
Finished the sprouts with a little Balsamic and plated
Pull up a chair and grab a plate . . .
