Chicken Chili on a Hot Summer Night

As if it hasn't been hot enough lately... decided to crank up the temps a few degrees more.

Rubbed some boneless, skinless chicken breasts with Kickin' Chicken.

Called the recruits (noticed the bottle of beer, olives & cilantro were AWOL and had to be hunted down).

Grilled the chicken indirect.

Chopped it.

Added to the Dutch oven along with the other ingredients.

Got everything nice & warm.... let the chili simmer for a while.

Time to eat.

It was some burning love, for sure.

Looks good, I love chicken chili. Brilliant idea too Robert, make some spicy chili on hot day the spiciness makes you sweat and the sweat evaporates in the hot air which makes you cool...Pure genius
