Haven't had chicken burgers but those look awesome. Will have to give them a try now that we have the grinder to do our meat.

Those look amazing Dean! I realize those grates are the bomb, but I'd be tempted to cook them on foil. I'd bet they'd be super juicy

I'll try the foil next time but it didn't appear to me that they sweated anything but I'm thinking that's due to the 1.5 cups of bread crumbs the recipe called for which I will reduce the next time around.
