Cheese/Artichoke/Bacon Pizza inspired by Mrs Morgan C

Morgan's post with lovely Mrs. Morgan's cheesy-artichoke bread gave me a vision for today's lunch.

Bottom up, flatbread, lite Ranch dressing with a heavy sprinkle of garlic powder, drained marinated artichoke hearts, bacon, tomatoes, Provel cheese (a local thing) and fresh ground pepper.
Cooked over Ozark Oak lump, with a small piece of oak wood.

I get the Stonefire Naan flatbreads at Costco, throw them in the freezer, and grab one when I crave a pizza.
Char-basket of lit coals off to each side, then over one to crisp the bottom crust.

Awesome looking pizza Bob! Are those your favorite olives? Jalapeno and garlic stuffed ones? I found some awhile back at Costco and am almost
out again. ;)

Yes Mike, jalapeno/garlic olives from Costco. They seem to be a seasonal thing.
Jim, the ones from Costco come 8 to a pack.
 
Nice move with the naan bread, I'm going to have to give that a try. Great looking pizza, and nice adaptation of Mrs. Morgans amazing looking bread.
