Browns vs Falcons=spatched dirty bird on the new Browns mini!

Well, I got my NFL edition Browns mini WSM done just in time for Sunday's game. I wanted to spatch a bird again for quite some time and today was a perfect storm of excuses. New smoker. Browns game. And playing a bird team. Here we go...

Here is today's oppenent.

Half hour in.



Pulled off to rest.

Not bad results for a first cook on a new rig. Definitely a different animal than my 22. Skin wasn't crispy at all but meat was moist and tender. Temps not as high as I wanted. Also need to remake my air burner. One side of the smoker was hotter than the other. Fun little cooker tho. Can't wait to practice some more. Glad my Brownies pulled out a victory today. I feel this cook of a dirty bird on a Browns smoker helped turn the tables. It's my lie, I'll make it as big as I want! Thanks for looking.

I don't think my air intake was large enough to get my temps up. Easily fixable.
