Inaugural cook tonight, nothing big just some little poor man's rib eyes (chuck eyes). Seasoned with Lawry's season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Wifey made up a veggie mix on the cast iron inside. Offered to grill it but she wanted to cook inside and help. Onions, zucchini , mushrooms, and asparagus. Seasoned with s&p, crushed garlic, butter, and Worcestershire. And yes, I eat a grilled jalapeño with my steak
