Thanks to my buddy at work, Dean, who gave me this recipe for hash brown casserole on the smoker. It was yummy!

Done. Delicious!

Oh, man...there is nothing better than smoked foods for breakfast to start the day! That looks simply delicious.

Those crispy bits along the edges are calling my name. Whatever's in the casserole, it's got to be tremendous.

Mark great looking dish But how about some info on what the ingredients is in that Breakfast???? How long cooked and temp. It looks like a great Sunday Brunch for a lot people as well/
Thanks jerry C

OK, here's the recipe.

2 packs Crystal Farms Simply Potatoes
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter (melted)
1 small onion chopped
5 (or more) strips chopped cooked bacon
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together. Cook at 350* for 1 to 1.5 hrs.

I made the casserole as listed. My WSM only got to 310* with about 1 and a half chimneys of kingsford. I cooked for 2 hrs and used some mesquite wood. Really tasted good on a cold Georgia morning!
