Brat Reubens - Again

A few months ago I did some Brat Reuben's. Jim Lake provided the recipe and they are one of the most delicious Brats we've had. Needed a quick dinner so I did them again with a very simple veggie side. Here are the pic's.

We had a few B. Sprouts left over so I skewered them up with a little sweet onion.

Here's the ingredients for the Brat Sauce.

The sauce made up. Pretty much a thousand island.

Some of my home made Giardiniera. Only one jar left.

Did a rough chop on the Giardiniera.

Got the links in a bath of one Sierra Nevada, 3 cups of water and some sweet onion.

Some nice swiss cheese, pastrami and soft sandwich rolls, fairly deep.

Brats in the bath, on.

Brats on, direct heat.

Veggies on the fire wire.

Full on late shot.
