Hello all,
I'm setting my kettle up for some proper smoking. Going to attempt a pork shoulder. But first I need to sort out a temp gauge.
I've read a few posts/guides on here, and after a friend of mine successfully drilled and mounted a thermometer into their lid, I'm going to do the same.
However where is best; at the grill level, in the lid between the handle and vent or both. Currently I'm thinking both (mount two) I can see pros/cons of all the options and would like some advice from you guys.....
