New rub test on Creekstone Farm prime short plate beef ribs.

As told, never again uncutted bones. I really prefer 3 rubbed sides.

5 hours at 275F.

All rubs were good, but my personal winner is ...... Killer Hog !

Those look fantastic! We've got a local butcher that sometimes sells them cut up like that. I may have to try it!

I've got some Plates in the freezer Enrico, the first non-rainy day they are going to get done with your method. I like the 3-sided concept. Some Uncle Chris' Steak seasoning, Black Pepper and Lawreys and I'll be good to go--
