It has been awhile since I have posted a cook, but i've been too busy smoking and grilling to take pictures:)

Brined the 10 birds in water, salt and sugar for 5 hours. Spatchcock. Cavender's Greek seasoning. rosemary. thyme. Made a ring around one chimney for indirect cooking. Basted w/ butter and soy sauce. Birds took turns over direct heat to crisp up skin. My kids and their friends devoured them!

That's an awesome cook Jim. They look yummy to me, I'd take one off your hands for sure.
